Join Louise on the 1st Wednesday of every month at 1pm. Meditation on Twin Hearts is a great way to improve your emotional and physical well-being.
The class is less than an hour and can transform your day!
Suitable for beginners and advanced, over 18s.
There is no charge but donations to MCKS Charitable Foundation are welcome.
