Room Hire
Thank you for looking into booking an events space with us. We have numerous rooms available that can be used for almost any occasion. For all these events and bookings, we require that you use the café’s catering!
The Red Room, which can seat 48 people, is in the Pavilion, across from the café. It is great for birthday parties or special celebrations, such as first communions. This space is also appropriate for exercise classes and mindfulness sessions.
The Blue Room is slightly smaller and often used for small group meetings. It can accommodate 8 to 12 people.
The Nature Gazebo is used for outside events, such as picnics or outside celebrations during the summer.
The Gallery Space is inside the main building. It can host crafts, workshops, and exhibitions. It is an excellent space for significant group events.

Hourly Rates for Room Hire
- Red Room - £40 an hour
- Blue Room - £15 an hour
- Nature Gazebo - £15 an hour
- Gallery Space - £40 an hour
This includes 30 minutes to set up and clean the room at either side of the booking time.
Party Bookings
Please choose the cafe to cater for the party. We offer the following packages:
- Basic Package: Sandwiches, Sausage Rolls, Crisps, Diluting Juice £4.00
- Basic Package plus Chicken Nuggets or Goujons £5.00
- Basic Package plus Chicken Nuggets or Goujons and Pizza £6.00
- Basic Package plus Chicken Nuggets, Pizza, Chips, or Onion Rings £7.00
For party bookings, a minimum food order of 15 children is required. We also provide adult tea, coffee, and cake for £4 per person.
Group Bookings
If you are booking an event space for a group, we offer a soup and sandwich platter with tea, coffee and cakes.
- Group Booking Package: Soup and sandwich platter with Tea, Coffee, and Cake for £11.50 per person.
Wedding Photos
If you wish to use our site for wedding photos, we welcome you to book a date with us. As we are a small, independent charity, we kindly request a donation of £50. This service offers the use of the entire grounds, and we will ensure that the site is perfect.
