Everyone, of any ability, is welcome to join this class that will combine Yoga, Qi Gong (similar to Tai Chi), Chair Yoga, meditation and pranayama, aka breathwork, sprinkled with fun and laughter. You'll leave refreshed and relaxed.

Book Bug Session
Bring your children aged 0-5 years to participate in Book Bug session. The session will include songs, rhymes and a story.
