Storytelling Festival 2022

22-23 October 2022
This Black History Month, David Livingstone Birthplace Museum and The Skinny Magazine present a festival of storytelling. This two-day event will showcase and promote Black storytellers and stories about/from Africa, through books, poetry, film, dance, and music. Workshops and panel discussions will also run throughout the weekend, offering exclusive insight into David Livingstone Birthplace’s collection and the museum’s recent renovation.

Note: Please note that David Livingstone Birthplace (and the David Livingstone Trust) is no longer part of National Trust Scotland (NTS). NTS members will therefore no longer receive discounted/free entry to the Birthplace Museum.
