Join Louise on the 1st Wednesday of every month at 1pm. Meditation on Twin Hearts is a great way to improve your emotional and physical well-being. The class is less than an hour and can transform your day!

Mark the end of the week with Nicki for some mindful movement to help ease and stretch the body and relax the mind. Everyone, of any ability, is welcome to join this class that will combine Yoga, Qi Gong (similar to Tai Chi), Chair Yoga, meditation and pranayama, aka breathwork, sprinkled with fun and laughter. You'll leave refreshed and relaxed.
