Sacred Sound Bath

Date: 11:00-12:00 2 October 2025

Step into a sacred space of vibration and flow. On the first Thursday of every month, we gather in circle as sound weaves its healing energy through body, mind and spirit. Whether you choose to lie down or remain seated, the frequencies will hold and guide you.

Please bring:

  • A blanket
  • A pillow
  • Water
