Moon and Me, Day Retreat

Spend a whole day dedicated to you. Join us as we work through the phases of the moon to help you work out what self care you need in each of the lunar phases.
The Moon is the beautiful waxing and waning ally of the Earth. With the moon you can learn to align and sustain your energy as you flow with the phases.
We will use yoga and mindfulness techniques that you can use through each of the phases to help you feel more balanced and at ease. We will help you discover how you feel at each phase and whether you should rest, plan, expand or retreat.
Understanding yourself and how you align with the cycles of the moon can help you to:
- Fuel your radiance by setting healthy boundaries
- Rest and play more
- Know when to plan, rest or reflect
