Autumn Retreat

Date: 10:30-13:30 2 November 2025

Slow Sunday Self-Care at David Livingstone Birthplace

Join us for a serene Sunday morning retreat immersed in the peaceful embrace of nature at the historic David Livingstone Birthplace. As the leaves turn and the air begins to cool, we gather to honour the Metal element—symbol of clarity, release, and refinement in Traditional Chinese Medicine—and awaken the sense of smell, its associated sensory pathway.

This gentle, grounding experience weaves together restorative yoga, breathwork, and the therapeutic power of autumn-inspired aromatherapy. Surrounded by woodland stillness and the crisp scent of the season, you’ll be guided inward to reflect, let go, and reconnect with your inner rhythm.

Take this time to slow down, nourish your senses, and embrace the beauty of seasonal transition. All levels welcome.
