Spring Retreat Information

Date: 10:00-13:30 21 March 2026

Welcome the turning of the season with a morning of renewal, movement and intention at our Spring Equinox Yoga Retreat on Sat 21st March, 10am - 1.30pm.

As day and night come into balance, the Spring Equinox invites us to reset, realign and step forward with clarity. This half-day retreat is designed to gently awaken your body, clear stagnant energy, and help you plant powerful intentions for the months ahead.

Together we will explore:

  • Flowing yoga inspired by the Wood element
  • Practices to support flexibility - physically and emotionally
  • Releasing stagnation and inviting fresh energy

Spring is a natural time for cleansing and renewal. Through mindful movement, breathwork and guided awareness, we’ll support the liver and gallbladder meridians — the organ systems associated with spring.

Expect nourishing sequences designed to gently stimulate these pathways and leave you feeling lighter, clearer and more energised.

What to Expect

  • Gentle yet energising yoga flow
  • Meridian-focused asana
  • Guided mindfulness & meditation
  • Seasonal cleansing practices
  • Intention-setting
  • A supportive and welcoming community space
  • Step into spring feeling grounded, inspired and aligned with the natural rhythms of the season.

Spaces are limited to keep the experience intimate and nourishing.
