Halloween Family Fun 2026

Date: 16:30-20:00 30 October 2026

Get your costumes ready for an evening of Halloween Family Fun at the David Livingstone Centre! Join Blantyre Community Events and the Centre on Friday 30 October 2026, from 4.30pm to 8pm, for a family celebration packed with spooky activities and outdoor cinema magic.

Follow ghostly trails, get creative with spooky crafts and try your hand at pumpkin carving. Budding witches and wizards can enjoy potion making, while the costume parade is the perfect opportunity to show off your Halloween outfit. Whether you choose something ghostly, magical or wonderfully silly, dressing up is all part of the fun.

At 6pm, settle down for an outdoor screening of Hocus Pocus. Bring your own blanket, wrap up warmly and enjoy a Halloween favourite with family and friends. It’s all part of the same evening, so you can enjoy the activities and make the film a highlight of your visit.

There will also be food and drink available to buy, including special food deals, a children’s menu and movie snacks. With popcorn, ice cream, hot dogs and more on offer, you can pick up something tasty to accompany the fun.

Entry, all activities and the film screening are free. Food and drink are charged separately.

Bring the family, invite your friends and join us for a cheerful evening of pumpkins, potions and Halloween entertainment.
