We Carry It Together Workshop

Date: 10:00-12:00 5 November 2026

A space to feel, create and connect.

Grief, loss and life changes can leave us feeling unsure of where to turn. Sometimes, making space for ourselves and connecting with others can be a place to begin.

We Carry It Together is a free, 10-week creative grief support course offering a gentle, welcoming space to explore your feelings and find connection with others who understand.

Through creativity, nature, movement and mindfulness, we’ll explore ways to express ourselves, reflect and connect. There will be opportunities to share your story and spend time alongside others navigating loss or change.

Whether your loss is recent or something you have carried for a while, you are warmly welcome. A small group, with time to connect There are 15 places available for the full 10-week course. Meeting as the same group each week gives us time to get to know one another and build a sense of familiarity and connection.

One registration covers the whole programme. This is a course rather than a drop-in session, so please plan to attend all ten weeks.
