Mark the end of the week with Nicki for some mindful movement to help ease and stretch the body and relax the mind. Everyone, of any ability, is welcome to join this class that will combine Yoga, Qi Gong (similar to Tai Chi), Chair Yoga, meditation and pranayama, aka breathwork, sprinkled with fun and laughter. You'll leave refreshed and relaxed.

Be inspired by the beauty of nature around you in the parklands and the amazing collection in the museum and who knows you might find yourself ready to put pen to paper.
