David Livingstone Birthplace

Date: 6 July 2022 (10:00-13:00)

Join the Conservation Volunteers in a BioBlitz at David Livingstone Birthplace. We are going to explore our natural surroundings and investigate the wildlife in the museum grounds: catching bugs and butterflies, recording plant life, spotting birds and small creatures.

Come along and learn all about bugs, birds and butterflies, where to find them and how we can care for them!

This event is FREE and runs as a drop in session, so pop along any time between 10:00 and 13:00.

The team will be set up near the playpark.

Audience: Families

We are very grateful to our key funders the National Lottery Heritage Fund, Historic Environment Scotland and the Scottish Government for their support in helping us deliver the Birthplace Project.
