Unity in the Community - June 2025 Meeting

Reading Time 1 minute
Date 15 May 2025

The next meeting of the Hamilton, Larkhall and Blantyre locality network will be on Tuesday 10th June 2025 and hope to see you there as we progress through the year together.

Please let us know via e-mail if anyone would like to present to the group or if there is a specific topic you would like to discuss.

Following the meeting in March, it would be great if we could agree on how to take forward the Community Planning and Partnerships information that Heather Robertson brought to us.

How do we set up these groups in our locality areas, and who would the membership be made up of.

Let us know your thoughts.

Update - 30 May 2025

The agenda for the day is busy for the first hour.

  1. Vaslan Update - Stuart and Jimmy
  2. Carers Week information - Chris Simpson
  3. Larkhall Community Growers is providing an update on their new survey - Terry Paterson
  4. Chief Officers Group update from Wendy Johnstone from Vaslan

The second hour will be for networking.

Please put your name on the board as you arrive with a brief description of what you are currently working on and what support or advice would be helpful to you, then hopefully, we can match your request with another attendee.

We look forward to seeing you there - coffee, tea and scones will be provided.
