  • Lift Access - Most areas of the Museum are accessible via ground floor entrances or a platform lift. There is also a stairlift on the first floor which can be operated during visiting hours by staff who will be happy to help.
  • Wheelchair Access – All areas of the Museum are wheelchair accessible. The Museum is situated in a historic building with some smaller spaces than others.
  • Borrow a Wheelchair – A wheelchair is available to borrow from the Museum reception during visiting hours on a first-come, first-served basis. Or can be booked in advance by calling 0141 375 3105.
